2. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

We only offer a refund or replacement if:

  • The product you received is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • You must provide clear photos or video showing the damage, including:

    • The outer package

    • The product itself

    • Shipping label (with tracking number visible)

Once we verify the issue, we will:

  • Offer a refund to your original payment method, OR

  • Send a replacement product at no extra cost (based on availability)
